  • Thursday 6pm-7:30pm - Men's Class - all levels welcome.     Imagine turning up to a yoga class and getting exactly what you need.  And now imagine turning up to that yoga class and being surprised – every time. Attending one of Trevor’s classes is like going to a restaurant where the head chef knows exactly what to cook for you; that will get all your taste buds dancing with anticipation! And yoga is just one of the dishes on offer! Trevor is trained in 4 main styles of yoga. Over the years, he has developed his own unique  integrated approach.
  1. Iyengar Yoga - which is a precise style of yoga focussing on attention to detail. This clear structure, allows us a safe place for us to explore and feel freedom.
  2. Astanga Yoga - also called Power Yoga, provides tried & tested reliable  sequences of postures that have stood the test of time for around 4,500 years.
  3. Oki-Do Yoga - is a Japanese style of yoga that adds East-Asian philosophy & expertise. It is also alot of fun and includes partner stretches and massage techniques for de-stressing and health.
  4. Bio-energetics - These are grounding exercises that energise, calm and integrate body, mind & spirit, leaving us feeling alive, refreshed and actually feeling the joy in life!
Trevor  has created an opportunity for people to stretch together in a safe space regardless of ability; a place of integrity where we can relax and work with embodiment, centredness,  personal power,  being present,  improving our focus, clarity, truly relaxing and feeling real contentment. A place where we can maintain our flexibility and health and feel a sense of relief!

Also unique to QYoga is the amazing rainforest setting in a secluded and private gully tucked away in the backstreets of Kelvin Grove! The sun sets through the trees on a Thursday evening as we stretch away the tensions of the week.

After class some students go out for a relaxed dinner together; where connection can be made from a grounded and present place.

When I first started teaching QYoga classes 24 years ago, yoga was not as popular as it is today.  It was a task explaining what centredness and groundedness and being present actually was . . and the huge benefits to our general health, wellbeing, personal power and our general positive outlook on life... How yoga works to stop mind-chatter, calms the mind and allows a sense of relief and ease in the body. How peace and bliss are actually easy to attain through working with yoga and the body, mind, spirit connection. The students were so amazed that it worked every time! It is so wonderful to be able to share these techniques and to see the relief that the students get in their lives. Trevor.

Very excited to be able to offer flights down to Coffs for the weekend. One of the Yogays, kindly offered to fly us down instead of the 5 hour drive. Wonderful.
